Sony’s blockchain platform Soneium has partnered with Square Enix’s on-chain game SYMBIOGENESIS to introduce a cross-game NFT reward initiative. The collaboration enables players to earn unique NFT collectibles by completing limited-time quests in SYMBIOGENESIS, with rewards redeemable across two other Soneium-linked games: Sleepagotchi and Evermoon.

The campaign underscores growing institutional interest in blockchain gaming, as major IPs explore interoperable digital assets. Square Enix’s narrative-driven title joins a select group of gaming projects leveraging Soneium’s infrastructure for cross-platform engagement.
